We had an amazing time the house was fantastic and a perfect location for our needs. Walking distance to tunnels and easy access to the shuttle pick up for Napa Coast Trail. We just wish we could've stayed longer.

The house was a great layout and super clean for a total of 8 of us. 2 adults and six of our young adult children. Equipped with plenty of towels, kitchen equipped to cook a great thanksgiving dinner and lots of other meals , beds were cozy, beach chairs & even emergency sunscreen was under the sink. The deck around the house made for great quiet mornings with the roosters and a quick 4 min walk down a beach path to sunrises and a snorkel swim beach. Plenty of parking and walkable to an ocean view dinner spot with live music. Grocery store was within a quick 12 min drive with gorgeous views, so many hikes. This was a magical place to stay and make memories. We will be back for sure.

4 60 something siblings & 3 of our spouses enjoyed this beautiful house for a week. The house had everything we needed to make meals & was very comfortable with 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The beach is a nice walk to watch a beautiful sunrise. There is also everything you need for the beach! Krisha was very helpful!

WE loved everything about our VRBO. The house was wonderful, everything just as described, great location, so quiet, clean, & beautiful. Would absolutely stay again! Krisha was easy to work with and quick response time.

Property just as described, good sized living spaces and bedrooms, right balance of bathrooms for our 10-person family, great kitchen and barbecue, lovely wrap around balcony with views. Comes with access to beach chairs, snorkels, etc. We had a fantastic time.

Property was as advertised and the family loved their stay. Close to the beach. Walking distance to a cute coffee shop and dinner. Easy access property off the main road. Unfortunately the surf was high during our stay and we were not able to use the snorkeling gear but we did use the cooler and beach chairs/umbrella. We had no need to contact the property manager during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Kauai Palms. The home was perfect for our family of 8. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, clean and plenty of space. Loved the wrap around deck. Loved the path that lead to the beach.

It's a lovely spacious house convenient for our family of 8. Very clean, the kitchen well equipped. Cupbpard with a vast amount of towels. Beach and snorkel gear, chairs, umbrellas, games, cooler in the shed. 5 min beach walk, 5 min drive to Tunnels Beach. Lush surroundings, great mountain view, big garden with many visitors: birds, chicken, cows, horses and **** alarm clock at 6am. Highway a little loud at times but okay. We enjoyed it very much.

Location was great for a lot of beach time. We walked to Tunnels and across the street to a beach and watched the sunrise. The house was well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked.

The house is perfect for families of around 8-10 with comfortable and private sleeping spaces for all,, including children. The beach was easily accessible on the foot path. The house is VERY well equipped. the kitchen supports dining in instead of eating out as many nights as one would desire.

We used this property for a family vacation just after New Years with ourselves and 6 adult children and partners (8 total). The house was wonderful. Everyone had a bedroom. Check in was perfect even though we arrived late. The property was immaculate. Bed linens and towels were great. Plenty of beach towels. Two washers and dryers were a help! A well stocked kitchen allowed us to eat in most meals. The grill was great for steaks, burgers and fish. There was a lime tree in the back for lime tart! There were 1-2 sliders onto the 360 surround porch from every bedroom - that way everyone can hear the roosters! Minimal traffic sounds. Faint sounds of waves about 2 blocks away. Parking for two cars pretty easy. Boogie board, umbrellas, 6 beach chairs, cooler and snorkling gear for the beach. The beach is a short walk away - Tunnels was a longer walk but doable. January swimming was not in the cards for this beach but there are beaches to drive to with ease. Internet was reliable. We didn't watch TV. We would definitely book again!!!

Our family of 9 enjoyed our Christmas vacation here. The house was well equipped with cooking, snorkeling and general beach gear. Double washer and dryers served trips to the beach well. There was enough room to relax separately or gather together. They were very responsive with any questions or issues. Restaurants were a bit of a challenge over the holidays, which made the kitchen invaluable. We stayed for a delightful week. We ventured to Lihue and Kapaa and explored beaches, as well as snorkeled at Tunnels, which is walking distance. It is a
lovely space to spend a vacation.

Two block beach path walk to the beach. Short walk to Tunnels beach; short drive to Haena and Ke'e beach.

Quiet neighborhood about 15 minute drive past Hanalei town.

No A/C in the house. In late August it was fine morning, evening and for sleeping. Could get a bit warm inside during mid-day. 360 degrees of covered porch to keep off the rain and sun.

House was very well stocked -- beach towels, chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards. Nice new Weber grill.

Big lime tree in the backyard was full of fruit in late August. Fresh daiquiris were great.

This house is everything you read in the reviews: clean, well stocked, great for multiple families gathering, and short walk to the beach. Just be mindful that it is directly off the road so there is some road noise but nothing to hold you back from renting this house.

Ka Wai Aloha was the perfect place for a bicoastal family reunion after the pandemic. Five bedrooms gave everyone privacy and the wrap-around deck meant we all had ready access to the outdoors. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make many family dinners and even bake a birthday cake! We spent so much time on the back deck overlooking a lovely lawn just catching up and planning our days. Krisha, our agent, even loaned us a croquet set so that we could continue a family tradition of tournaments...more laughter than skill was involved! The large table accommodated all 10 of us and the living room seated us all.

Kauai is a lovely place. We snorkeled at Tunnels Beach, boogie boarded at the Hanalei beach and even ventured inland for a wonderful rafting adventure in the sugar cane irrigation canals and tunnels. We highly recommend a visit to the Na' Aina Kai Botanical and Sculpture Gardens.

Planning a return trip already!

We enjoyed the stay at Kauai very much, the house is very well equipped and we enjoyed staying on the patio. The house is well-spaced and we could easily stay there as a group of 9 people.

The house was plenty big for 9 people, had well-insulated walls that didn't transmit a lot of noise, and had incredible view of the mountains. Highly recommend!

The rental was clean and in a good location. The only issue we had was one of the room has paintings that drop down really far which made it difficult to sit in bed to read. Although there isn’t AC we opened the windows and it cooled down the house a lot. While we stayed here the road and bridges were under construction which made this part of the island inaccessible for anyone but residents which made this place so quiet. After the road opened there was a lot of traffic which makes beach parking tough. So I would suggest walking.
