Hanalei Bay Villa #34

This property was clean. Had beautiful views. We specifically enjoyed the sunset views every evening. The property was within a short 10 min walk to the beach. It was peaceful and quiet. Although it’s not equipped with an AC, opening the windows allowed the breeze through the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook. A small recommendation is to have some comfortable seating outside the balcony, but this definitely wasn’t a deal breaker.

Nothing but good here... great views, convenient, quiet, well maintained... 10/10 experience. WILL BE BACK. Mahalo Krisha... what an amazing place.

This was our 4th year in a row visiting/staying in the north shore area of Kauai, and we picked this condo specifically for its location close to some of the amenities we enjoy. There are great mountain and ocean views throughout the condo, and the unit is directly across from a popular pocket park overlooking the ocean/Hideaway beach - pedestrians peacefully gather throughout each day with visitors watching the sunset and whales in the ocean. You will have access to this prime spot via a 20 yard stroll from your front door!

The condo was very modernly updated and was as clean/updated as depicted in the photos. Krisha was a great host and went above/beyond in answering our questions and made check-in a breeze. (she even delivered a new iron/ironing board to the unit on our first day when we asked if there was one somewhere in the unit!)

The unit was well appointed and was plenty spacious for my wife and I. There were only 2 very minor items we would recommend to make this unit "perfect": 1) a 2nd TV to be placed in master bedroom, and perhaps some basic local cable access - we had LOTS of rain during our 9 days and had a hard time getting a weather forecast!
2) Add a couple chairs for sitting on lower balcony (shared by both bedrooms).

A modern, exceptionally clean home! Outstanding location with coastal views out front, and mountain views out back. Our host was very responsive. We would love to come back and highly recommend this property!

This is our favorite vacation home on the island of Kauai! We've stayed here twice, and Kauai Palms is always so easy and wonderful to work with. The home is impeccably well taken care of, incredibly clean, and has top-of-the-line amenities. We appreciate that the cookware is stainless steel (no yucky non-stick) and includes glass Tupperware instead of plastic. The location is perfect for viewing sunsets and seeing waterfalls in the morning after a night of rain. We will absolutely be booking again with Kauai Palms!

We absolutely loved our stay in #34. I’m almost afraid to review it because I’m afraid it will be booked up the next time we want to stay if everyone finds out how wonderful it is! The property is incredibly well-appointed with luxurious sheets and soaps and everything you could imagine needing. It’s laid out in an intuitive way — you only need look for something in the most logical place to find it. We stayed in August, and found that nights were comfortable even without AC. There are a lot of fans that keep air moving throughout the hotter parts of the day, and the house is situated to catch breezes. The views are incredible. We saw rainbows and waterfalls after Princeville’s light showers and would often catch the sunset at the bluff across the street. It’s obvious the owners and host take an immense amount of pride in the property, and we could feel that in every choice that made us feel so welcome.
